Refund policy

Due to the uniqueness of each piece, I will not be accepting returns or exchanges on any item. Please ensure you are 100% in love with the piece before purchasing. If an item arrives damaged, see "Damaged Item?" FAQ for details.

If you receive a custom piece and it's not your vibe, a 50% refund will be issued upon return of the custom product. Custom pieces must be shipped back to the seller, with the purchaser responsible for the cost of return shipping. A refund will not be issued until the item is received in proper condition.
