Due to the uniqueness of each item, I will not be accepting returns or exchanges on any items. Please ensure you are 100% in love with the piece before purchasing. If an item arrives damaged, see "Damaged Item?" FAQ for details.
If you received a custom piece and its not your vibe, a 50% refund will be issued on return receipt of the custom product. Custom product will need to be shipped back to seller. Purchaser will be responsible for cost of return shipping. Refund will not be issued until item is received in proper condition.
DAMAGED ITEMS?
I package everything very carefully. Should an item arrive damaged, I will do my absolute best to fix your experience. How I handle orders is based on the damage. You will have the option to ship the damaged item back for damage repair, if repairable, or ship back for a refund. Return shipping costs will be determined based on damaged.
SOLD OUT ITEMS?
Unfortunately, once an item is out of stock, it will not be restocked. I strive to make each piece unique and different from the next. If there is a piece that is out of stock that you love, I can create something similar for you as a commission.
CUSTOM ITEMS // COMMISSIONS?
I love commission pieces. Commission time and cost vary depending on the type of commission and my current work load. If you have a piece you would like created: please fill out the form on my contact page.
I will be in contact to discuss your custom piece. The discussion will include ideas, timeframe, shipping of your item, and payment.
PAYMENT?
Most major credit cards are accepted, as well as, ApplePay and PayPal. Cash and check are accepted for local commission pieces only. For commission pieces, a percentage of payment will be needed up front. Additional payment may be necessary depending on the time and supplies used to create the commission piece. If this is the case, I will be in contact to verify additional charge is acceptable.
SPECIMENS SOURCED?
Specimens are ethically sourced post-mortem. No animals are harmed to make my art. Resources include scavenging during hikes, road kill specimens, local antique stores, and gifted from family and friends. Insects or boiling methods are used to remove additional organic material. The final cleaning process is conducted with soap and water.
STORAGE?
To store your MT Sap items, it is best to keep them out of direct sunlight for extended periods or extreme temperatures. Exposure to light and heat can cause it to soften or yellow over time. The more you care for your item, the longer you can love it. Wash your item with soap and water to clean.
